SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN

Addendum No. 1

 

This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the following requirements, viz:

Amendments in the Bid Data Sheet ITB Clause 16.1 (page 33):

The Bid Security shall be in the form of a Bid Securing Declaration, and choose from any of the following: 1)    The amount of not less than 2% of ABC, if bid security is in cash or cashier’s check or manager’s check issued by a bank. 2)    The amount of not less than 5% of ABC, if bid security is bank draft/bank guarantee or irrevocable LoC issued by a bank or Surety Bond.	The Bid Security shall be in the form of a Bid Securing Declaration, OR choose from any of the following: 1)    The amount of not less than 2% of ABC, if bid security is in cash. 2)    The amount of not less than 5% of ABC, if bid security is in Surety Bond.

 

Notice is hereby given that a Bidder may opt to submit either a Bid Securing Declaration or any of the other acceptable forms of bid security from among those indicated in the BDS by the Procuring Entity.

 

Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the above mentioned amendments in the Bid Data Sheet ITB Clause 16.1 in the preparation of their bids.
