Addendum No. 1
This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders that due to the letter request of the end-user dated August 8, 2025, there is a need to add the requirements in the General Terms and Conditions for the project “To furnish labor for Janitorial Services and to provide cleaning tools, equipment and chemicals to clean and to maintain the offices, comfort rooms, lobbies and corridors of the different offices and facilities of the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental for 26 days a month for Sixty (60) personnel to perform duties from September 1 to December 31, 2025” under Bid Number B-138-2025 with an ABC of P4,777,562.40, viz:

- Bidders must have a business establishment/office and valid business/mayors permit within Metro Dumaguete.
Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the above mentioned additional terms and conditions in the preparation of their bids.
