Addendum No. 1
This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “Purchase of Thirty-Five (35) units Emergency/Disaster Response Vehicles for Emergency/Disaster Response Vehicles/Disaster response capabilities, LDRRMD, PGO Province of Negros Oriental” under Bid No. B-10-2026, ABC:P47,250,000.00, viz:
Additional requirements in the Technical Specifications:
- Ground Clearance: 195 mm
- Payload Capacity: 1215 kg
- Seating Capacity: Up to 17 seats
Additional requirements in the Terms and Conditions:
- The Presence of Service Center must be evidenced/supported by documents (MOA, Lease Agreement or the Business Permit)
Amendments in the Bid Data Sheet ITB Clause 16.1 (page 36):
- The Bid Security shall be in the form of a Bid Securing Declaration, and any of the following:
- The amount of not less than P945,000.00, if bid security is in cash or cashier’s check or manager’s check issued by a bank.
- The amount of not less than P2,362,500.00, if bid security is bank draft/bank guarantee or irrevocable LoC issued by a bank or Surety Bond.
Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the above mentioned changes in the preparation of their bids.
