Addendum No. 1

 

This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “Purchase of Fourteen (14) units Brand New Service Vehicle Provincial Governor’s Office, Province of Negros Oriental” under Bid No. B-09-2026, ABC:P33,600,000.00, viz:

 

  • Submission & Opening of Bids on February 17, 2026 is MOVED to FEBRUARY 18, 2026 (WEDNESDAY) at the same time and at the same venue.

 

  • Warranty Period from 1 year to 3 years.

 

  • The Presence of Service Center must be evidenced/supported by documents (MOA, Lease Agreement or the Business Permit)

 

  • Requirement letter “f” under Terms and Conditions is DELETED.

 

  • The requirement of these Service Vehicles is 4WD.

 

  • The unit offered must be year 2025 model.
