SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN
Addendum No. 2
This Bid Bulletin is issued to inform prospective Bidders of some changes and/or modifications introduced by the Bids and Awards Committee for the requirements “Purchase of Fourteen (14) units Brand New Service Vehicle Provincial Governor’s Office, Province of Negros Oriental” under Bid No. B-09-2026, ABC:P33,600,000.00, viz:
Amendments in the Bid Data Sheet ITB Clause 16.1 (page 36):
- The Bid Security shall be in the form of a Bid Securing Declaration, and any of the following:
- The amount of not less than P672,000.00, if bid security is in cash or cashier’s check or manager’s check issued by a bank.
- The amount of not less than P1,680,000.00, if bid security is bank draft/bank guarantee or irrevocable LoC issued by a bank or Surety Bond.
Additional requirements in the Technical Specifications:
- Dimension (LxWxH): 5,360 mm x 1,930 mm x 1,815 mm
- Wheelbase: 3,130 mm
Bidders are enjoined to take note and consider the above amendments in the Bid Data Sheet and additional requirements in the Technical Specifications in the preparation of their bids
